• Service package booking
• Real-time tracking of service vans
• Digital payments and service history

3. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old
• Must provide accurate vehicle and contact information

4. Account Registration

• Users must register using a valid mobile number or VIN
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality

5. Booking & Service Terms

5.1 Booking

• Services are subject to availability of time slots
• Confirmation is provided via app notification

5.2 Service Execution

• Customer must ensure vehicle accessibility at scheduled time
• Delays due to customer unavailability may lead to rescheduling

5.3 Service Scope

• Services are limited to selected packages
• Additional work may incur extra charges

6. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are displayed in-app
• Payments may be made via: KNET, Cards, or Cash
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation is not allowed
• Refunds (if applicable) processed within standard timelines

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Not misuse the platform
• Not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

9. Technician & Driver Conduct

• Technicians will perform services as per standard guidelines
• Any misconduct should be reported immediately

10. Limitation of Liability

JetourCareKW shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)
• Issues arising from incorrect user-provided information

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology belong to JetourCareKW and may not be reused without permission.

12. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend accounts for misuse
• Terminate access without prior notice in case of violations

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service disruptions due to events beyond control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.).

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kuwait.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Negotiation → Arbitration → Kuwait courts
